Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to sign up ahead of time?

Nope. All of our classes are drop-in! There is no preregistration or sign up needed. If it is your first time taking a class with us, you may want to plan to be there a few minutes early to sign our waiver and familiarize yourself with our studio.

What does "donation-based" mean?

It means that technically our classes our FREE; however, we do still have the same expenses as a studio that we had when we charged for classes, so we rely solely on your donations to continue to operate. The suggested donation per class is $5. All donations go to the Live Move Be Center 501c3, and allow us to offer these fun and encouraging fitness classes and more!

Should I bring my own equipment?

The studio is equipped with everything you need for each class. We recommend that you bring your own mat; however, we do rent yoga mats for $1 should you find yourself in need of one.

Do you have childcare?

Due to the limitations of our facility, we regret that we can not offer childcare.

Can my child come to class with me?

Children who are old enough to quietly entertain themselves may sit in our "community corner" at no charge while their parent takes class; however, we do ask that the parent workout in close proximity to the child so as to quickly handle any potential problems.  Should a disruptive situation arise, we may need to change or omit this policy.

You are welcome to bring your child to ATTEND class with you under the following circumstances:

 1) They are able to participate in all of the class exercises safely without distracting others.

 2) The parent directly supervises the child.

Important : A waiver should be signed for all children planning to remain on the premises during workout sessions whether participating or not.

Can I schedule a private class for myself and my friends?

Yes!  We call these "Pop-Up" classes, and they can be held at the studio or at another location of your choice. The cost is $10 a person with a minimum of $50 to book a class. You can learn more about Pop-Up Classes here or email us.

Are your classes for women only or can men attend?

Our classes are for everybody and EVERY BODY -- women, men, any age, shape, size, or fitness level.  If you are looking for a workout that encourages you in body, mind, and soul, our classes are for you.

Note: If you are interested in a workout that is just for men, visit our nonprofit website HERE to learn more about "Men's Fitness" which meets twice weekly in the small block building behind the studio.
